  1. NHS receives £248M boost to modernise diagnostics

    New technology will be used to improve the way tests, images and results can be shared across computer systems in hospitals, labs and GP surgeries, meaning clinicians can access results more easily, even when working from different settings.

  9. Fine-tuning targeted therapy for multiple myeloma with 'multi-omics' data

    Scientists at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai analyzed biological data sets from multiple myeloma patients and generated a computational model that allowed them to identify new subtypes of the disease.
